One of the free routes available from Tuesday to Sunday is the walk to the German viewpoint located in the Cerro Caracol Metropolitan Park. The main entrance is at the intersection of Tucapel and Victor Lamas streets.

Through this entrance, you should proceed along the path towards the hill for 200 meters until you reach the park’s ranger. Another destination, not well-known to residents of Concepción and its visitors, is Los Cuervos Beach, located in the Hualpén area.

This destination is characterized by being between Caleta Lenga and Ramuntcho Beach, and to reach it, you must travel along a trail that skirts the coast. On the other hand, where the Biobío River ends, we find its mouth and its majestic beach.

A must for trekking lovers is the Nonguén National Reserve, which consists of different circuits where you can appreciate the ecological heritage of the region.
